Service Description
Embodied Restorative Reiki is a supportive, nervous-system-aware session focused on regulation, release of held tension, and reconnection with the body. Sessions are held at a slower, more intentional pace, allowing the body to settle and respond in its own time. This session may gently include body awareness, offering clients the option to remain present and grounded throughout the experience. There is no pressure to engage verbally or analyse sensations — the emphasis is on safety, comfort, and responsiveness. Embodied Restorative Reiki can be particularly supportive for ongoing stress, burnout, chronic tension, or long-term conditions such as fibromyalgia, where pacing and regulation are essential. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Booking & Deposits All sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system. A £15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable before or at the time of your session. Appointments are offered as 1:1 sessions and are held within a calm, professional setting. If you are unsure which session is most suitable, guidance can be offered prior to booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice may transfer the £15 deposit to a future booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of the £15 deposit. The remaining balance will not be charged if cancellation occurs outside the 24-hour window. This policy applies to both in-person and distance sessions. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to respect the following booking. The full session fee will still apply. Waitlist If a preferred session time is fully booked, you are welcome to join the waitlist via the booking system. If a space becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified automatically. Availability is offered on a first-response basis and cannot be guaranteed. Distance Reiki Sessions Distance sessions are held at the scheduled time. Clients are encouraged to rest comfortably and minimise distractions during their session window. The same deposit, booking, and cancellation policies apply to distance sessions. Health & Scope of Practice Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their GP or healthcare provider alongside this work. If you have questions about suitability before booking, please get in touch.
