Client records, Online forms and Consent forms

Client consultation forms and health information are securely stored digitally and used only for treatment planning, safety and insurance purposes. Information is only accessible by Auramaia and is never shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit permission.

Client records  including consultation forms are stored securely in password-protected digital systems.

in accordance with professional insurance requirements, records are retained for 7 years after your last treatment (or until age 25 for clients under 18). after this period, records are securely deleted.
